Our recirculating dip tank stations reduce turnover and simplify the screen printing process by cleaning multiple screens per hour at a cost that is a fraction of what you are currently spending. The screen is placed in a tank filled with solution for a couple of minutes to soften the ink and emulsion from the mesh. The system then sprays and rinses it with high pressure water. This method allows you to re-use the solution several times, rather than rinsing it down the drain each time it is manually cleaned.
